Thermometer: Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus shows off her short hair and abs. She completes her rock chick look with leather pants and a lot (LOT) of chains worn as a necklace-sort-of-thing. She’s desperately trying to get rid of her good girl image, but if this is the way to achieve that? We’re not thrilled of Miley’s chained-up look. The leather pants are all right though.
