Healthy Mini Pizza
We all want to eat as healthy as possible. Even though healthy can be pretty tastefull we sometimes just crave a pizza. Don't deny yourself pizza! With this healthy version of pizza you don't have to feel guilty. Womens9's Kristel tested the recipe for you.
"I started with the same base every time but the toppings are different. One has cherry tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and the other has cheese, ham and pineapple. If you like you can add some pepper, just for a little extra punch."
"In the time I made these two, I decided to make another one with fridge leftovers - simply because it's so much fun to do! We put a bit of spicy sausage, mozzerella, pineapple and basil on it. You basically use any leftover you like."
Want to make them yourself? You can make them like Kristel did, or just put on your favorite ingredients. After assembling the mini pizzas, put them in the oven at 225 degrees Celcius for a few minutes, until the cheese starts to melt.
