How Stars Stay in Shape: Liv Tyler

Liv Tyler follows the New York City Diet if she wants to get fit, fast. This diet combines gruelling daily workouts of minimally two hours with a food regime. If you follow the New York City diet you are not forbidden to have any types of food, you just eat consciously. If you don’t starve yourself, you are less likely to binge on snacks.

A breakfast can consist of cereal with fibers, or for instance boiled eggs followed by a banana. For lunch you eat a wrap or even a small slice of (wholegrain!) pizza with vegetables. Other good (snack) options are soup, nuts and fruit. Dinner can consist of grilled salmon with asparagus and a glass of wine. Liv is not an extreme dieter, but a healthy woman. Thumbs up!
