Peanut Butter Pretzel Chocolate Snack
We already know sandwich combinations such as jam with cheese, goat cheese with apple spread or peanut butter with chocolate spread. But what do we think about pretzets with peanut butter and chocolate? We have the recipe for you below. This is actually just like the sandwiches with peanut butter and chocolate spread, but the sandwich is replaced by a pretzel. If you prefer to put a snack in your mouth without going through the steps of the recipe, you can dip one pretzel inchocolate spread, another one in peanut butter and stick them together.
Preparation
Mix the peanut butter, sugar and softened butter together until they're a coherent mixture. Role small balls of the mixture and sandwich each ball between two pretzels. Let them cool down for half an hour in the fridge. Melt the chocolate flakes (in the microwave) and dip the pretzel sandwiches in it. Put the cookies back in the fridge to solidify the chocolate as the last step.
