- puff pastry
- Fruit (grape or apple)

Snack: Spinach-Feta bites
Ingredients:10 ounce frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup minced onion
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped dill
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 large eggs
6 little sheets of frozen puff pastry (12 inch)
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Let the spinach thaw and drain it. Mix the feta, garlic, olive oil, and dill with the spinach with your hands. Season with salt and pepper. Beat one egg. Place a slice of puff pastry into a cupcake form and fill it with the spinach mixture. Fold the puff pastry - with its corners to the inside - just like you can see in the illustrations.
