Stuffed Eggs with Salmon
So easy and so tasty! Ever thought of combining egg and salmon? This recipe describes how you can suff eggs with smoked salmon and more.
Ingredients:
7 large eggs, boiled and peeled1/4 cup crème fraîche
1 ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tablespoons minced fresh chives
4 ounces smoked salmon, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Minced Red Onion
Preparation:
Cut the eggs lengthwise and separate the yolk from the egg. Mix the yolks with all ingredients, add some salt and pepper for extra taste and fill the eggs with the mixture.
