Skinny Banana Blueberry Muffins
Low fat muffins are not that bad for you because you’ll leave out the oil or butter. Each muffin contains 131 calories. That’s just a little bit more than two apples. Weren't we waiting for that all the time? So if you like to snack, you’ll better do it with these homemade skinny muffins.

Mix 1 tea spoon baking powder, 2 1/2 cups of white whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix 1/4 cup honey and light brown sugar in another bowl. Mash two bananas, 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla greek yogurt and beat an egg through it. Add the two bowls together until everything is mixed well. Mix in 3/4 cup milk and toss 1 and 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries in at last. You’ll have enough batter for 15 muffins.
Bake them for 17-18 minutes at 325F degrees in the oven.
