Blue Winged Eyeliner Tutorial

For a really dramatic eye make-up, try a blue winged eyeliner. If you don't have eyeliner in that color, simply make your own by mixing blue pigment with water. To create the wing, outline the shape with little dots on your eye. This trick will help you make two even shapes on both eyes. After you've placed the dots it's time to color the space in between the dots. Finish with mascara and eye pencil.
