Jelly Shots
Mm, Cosmopolitan shots in an original way: not liquid but as jello blocks!
You’ll need:
1/4 cup of Cointreau
1/2 cup of vodka
3/4 cup of cranberry juice
gelatine (2 tablespoons)
Mix gelatin, vodka and of Cointreau. Heat up the cranberry juice and stir in the gelatin mixture until all the gelatin is fully dissolved. Pour into an ice mold and leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Dip in colored sugar for an extra cute look, which you can mixing 1/2 cup of sugar and 6 maraschino cherries in a food processor.
