Start with Your Detox

Doing a detox is basically about the detoxification of your body. A detox that involves no eating at all is not healthy. However, a lot of people like the idea of clearing their body on the inside. That's why we give you some rules for a healthy detox way. Because you can use some help if you don't have any experience with it. We'll give you a hand.



- Start the day by drinking lukewarm water with fresh lemon juice and eat a fresh fruit salad for breakfast. The boost of vitamin C strengthens your immune system and eliminates unwanted minerals.



- Drink a lot of water. It stimulates the function of your kidneys and stabilises the function of your intestines.



- Banish alcohol, sugars, caffeine, gluten, cow milk and meat from your diet during the detox period. Your diet consists of fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts and goat milk products.
- Try to fill your tummy with five portions of fruit and at least five portions of vegetables.



- Scrub your body 1-2 times a week to stimulate the blood circulation. Your body will remove the waste materials faster.
- Pamper your face with an algae clay mask. Algae is well known by their cleaning function.
