Apple rings
You can eat these divine apple rings fro breakfast, brunch, lunch, dessert or just as a snack. Here's how you make them!
- Peel two apples and cut out the centre with a special tool. Cut the apple in slices horizontally, so you get slices with a hole in the middle.
- Mix 1 cup of flour with a teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt together. Beat an egg with half a cup of sour milk together and add to the mixture.

- Dip the apple in de mixture and bake it in a pan over medium-low heat.
- Serve it with maple syrup.
