Most Unhealthy Processed Foods
Processed foods are always a worse choice than fresh products. But even in the processed categorie, there a better and worse options. The following processed foods you should leave from now on.

1. Chicken nuggets
Nuggets are the trash can in the producing process of chicken. They're made out of leftovers from other products. Did you know that the chicken nuggets from Mac Donalds contain a whopping 50% of fats (after frying), and more carbs than protein (chicken)? Pretty shocking...

2. Cookies, cake, muffins and crackers
Not only do these products contain lots of sugar and/or salt, but there's also a lot of trans fat hidden inside. Trans fat is cheaper than healthy fats and makes sure that products have a longer shelf life. We don't need to tell you that it's very, very bad for your health.

3. Soda
It might not be that surprising, but soda is one of the worst things to consume. It consists of empty calories and contains a lot of sugar or unhealthy artificial sweeteners. On top of that, the part of the soda that remains in your stomach after you digest it, is very acid. Fluctuations in the pH-value can disrupt the metabolism in your body cells, or cause interferences. The latter is even said to have caused cancer-like mutations in cells...
