6 Tips To Decrease Stress

School exams are finished, but the results are not published yet. Oh my god, the results! Only thinking about it creates stress. Don’t do it. Take a deep breath. You can’t do anything about it anymore. Other people can also use less stress. We have some tips for everyone who can use less of stress (so that’s everyone).


1. Physical exercise
Gives you new energy. With yoga, thai chi, reiki and chi kong, you can learn some movement techniques to learn how to relax and de-stress. This is not the way for everyone. Some need to move a lot (try boxing!) to relax afterwards.


2. Don’t forget to enjoy life
Choose one moment during the day to relax completely, for half an hour at least. How about after your lunch break, or right before your dinner?


3. To-do-list
Make a to-do-list for a day every day so you can see clearly what you have to do. Just concentrate on one task. It’s so nice to tick off things and to see that the list shortens. It will give you some rest.


4. Don’t be too ambitious
Check if you can’t do anything less. Do you really have to do everything you want? Make priorities.


5. Avoid problems
Don’t see everything negative. Try to see things positive. If it’s raining, don’t think: 'oh my god it’s raining again'. Instead, think: 'Wow, now can I use my new raincoat!'


6. Do not postpone things
First things first. If you’re stalling, you will be in stress. If you do it immediately, you’ll have more time to relax, or start a new task.
