How to Get to Your Bikini Body
We are almost at the point that we dare to wear a bikini. But we have to lose the last pounds and those are the worst. It's easy to fall back into your old habits. Therefore we have a few tips to motivate yourself.

2. Go window-shopping: you will walk a lot and you will stay confronted with your sizes. And if you lost some weight, you’ll see it immediately.

3. Invest in nice sportswear. You want wear your new outfit immediately. This will make you start sporting sooner!

4. Make good agreements with yourself and write it in your agenda so you can see how many times you have been to the gym. And plan one day in the month to pamper yourself for all those workouts. That way you prevent that you pamper yourself every time.

5. Share your plan to lose weight with everyone. So you have to proof yourself to as much as possible people. Everything to motivate yourself.
