Skin Art
More and more people turn their body into a piece of art. Piercings, tattoos, it’s never enough. Ariana Page Russell is an artist who has dermatographia, a skin disorder which makes scratches on your skin appear very clear, which makes it able for you to sort of ‘draw’ on your skin. She also uses her body as a piece of art. Her body however, is just a temporary canvas, because the scratches disappear after about thirty minutes.
Even though she scratches pretty things onto her body, we do find this kind of disturbing… Although she does makes the best of her skin disorder. What do you think?
