The Flu Is Coming
I t's getting colder, it’s raining outside and the sun is gone. The winter period is coming: hello flu! These moments always come when it's least convenient. So be alert and fight the flu with these tips!

1. Listen to your body. If you're tired, you're tired, which means you shouldn't go out partying.

2. Take enough vitamin C. You can eat for instance broccoli, peppers, cauliflower and kiwi.

3. Try to steam the snot out of your head when you have a cold. This traditional method works just as well as meds, but has less side effects.

4. Get enough fresh air into your bedroom. If you sleep for a long time in a room without fresh air, bacteria start to spread. Open up your windows every once in a while!

5. Wash your hands regularly. There a loads of bacteria on your hands - even bad ones. Get rid of them before they infect you.
