2-Ingredient Nutella Cake
We love baking things, but it's rather nice if things don't get too complicated in the kitchen. That's why we love this chocolate cake, which has only two ingredients - found on the fingerlicking good foodblog from Kirbie: Kirbie's Cravings. This cake only needs Nutella and eggs. That's it!

Needed
- 4 eggs
- 250 grams of Nutella
How to do it
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Whisk up the eggs in a bowl, with a mixer on the highest speed. Mix for at least five minutes, until they've become really foamy and have quadripled in volume. How long it takes exactly depends on the size of your eggs and the power of your mixer, but keep in my mind that they're not done until they've quadripled in volume.
Heat the Nutella briefly in the microwave (20 seconds) or au-bain-marie, to make it a little bit more fluid. First only mix 1/4 of the Nutella into the eggs and 'fold' it in, using a spatula. When it's completely absorbed, mix in another 1/4 of Nutella. Repeat until all the Nutella is incorporated.
Cover a baking tray or cake tray with baking paper and devide the batter over it - it should be about 3 cm high. Bake the cake for 25 minutes in the over at 180 degrees Celcius. If you stick a tooth pick in, it should come out clean.
Enjoy!
