Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake
Some recipes are perfect for non-cooks. This recipe, which consist mainly of peanut butter and chocolate, is perfect for them. You don’t need an oven, so you can’t let it burn en you don’t have to keep an eye on the clock.


Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups caster sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter
Mix butter or margarine with the crumbled biscuits, powdered sugar and 250 grams of peanut butter in a large bowl and spread it evenly in one layer on the bottom of the pan.
Melt the chocolate with four spoons of peanut butter a la "bain-marie" and stir occasionally until smooth. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and let set in the fridge for at least one hour. After that you can cut it easily. If the cake doesn't cut easily, it needs some more cold: store for another hour.
