Cake In A Jar
If you’re feeling lazy this sunday, just buy muffins or cupcakes - preferably gorgeous red velvet cupcakes as were used in this recipe - and cut them into chunks. The frosting comes on top. If you want to make the effort, use a piping bag. Layer cake and frosting until the jar is filled to the top.
