DIY Booties
Finally the time has come, our booties can leave their dusty hiding place in the far end of the closet and come out in the light again. They might be just as great as they were last year, but maybe you're actually kind of done with them... Have your booties not seen daylight for just a little while too long? Then it's the right moment to start pimping! Since we're not all extremely creative, we've found an easy way to give your old booties just that little bit extra. In less than fifteen minutes you can go out and shine with your (almost) new booties.
What you'll need:
- Gold chains
- Suede cord
- Rhinestone chains
- Jump rings
With this DIY, you can actually do whatever you like! Drape the chains and chords around the booties whatever way you like, make them exactly how you want them to be! You have to be careful though, the idea is to attach them to the zipper, so you'll need to be sure the zipper can still go all the way down with the chains attached to it.
Add a little jump ring to the top part of the zipper, this is where you'll attach the chains to. Once you've done this you can start adding chains until your pleased with your new booties!
You can glue the rhinestone chain to the sued cord, so you can also attached it to the jump ring.
