Toby Shelton is not the average Bieber fan. He is not a screaming teenager, but a grown man that's 33 years old. He mostly admires Justin for his boyish facial features. And once the Bieber fever has struck, there's no escape. Toby has spent more than $100.000 to physically look like Justin Bieber, on botox injections, hair transplants and plastic surgery.
