Flexible Behind Your Desk
Many of us work in an office. Not that healthy. Sitting all day long in the same position… It’s important that you do some exercising too. Don’t have enough time to sport? Then you can try these exercises we found for you.

Red
The red one is an exercise for your neck and shoulders. These muscles are very stiffed when you are typing all day long.
Blue
The exercise in the blue picture is one to flexible your hip flexors and your Iliopsoas. These are muscles that have an especially high risk of thightening.
Yellow
The one in the yellow picture is almost the same as the one in the blue picture. But now you will flexor your obliques.
Green
For your abdominals you can do the exercise in the green illustration. If you have difficulty balancing you can keep gazing forward or down to the floor.
Orange
If you do the exercise illustrated in the orange illustration you will be training your lower back and lats. Pull up your head and shoulders from the ground.
Pink
The last one is one for your back, spine and hamstrings. These need to be distressed after being a day chair-bound.
