Muffin Breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Enough reason to making it a special moment. Make for example a muffin breakfast like we found on Hackthelife. Prepare savory and sweet muffins for some variation.
Savory muffins
Beat a few eggs in a bowl like you would do with scrambled eggs. You can stir lots of things in, like baked mushrooms, crispy bacon, tomatoes, onion or sausage. Pour this mixture in a muffin form and place it in the oven at 350 degrees. After 20-25 minutes they will be ready.

Sweet muffin with chocolate
Rub a little tin with oil. Mix two tablespoons of mashed banana, an egg, 2,5 tablespoons of flour, a pinch of baking powder and lots of chocolate chips in that scale. You can top it with some ice, fruits or extra chocolate for the real chocolate freak. And bake it in the oven, again at 375 degrees. 20 minutes should do.
