The largest penis belongs to Jonah Falcon and measures 34 centimetres.
2. The biggest vagina
In 1879 Anna Swan gave birth to the largest baby ever. Based on the size of the baby’s head it has been calculated that her vagina must have been fifteen centimetres. The woman herself was huge as well, she was a good 233 centimetres tall.
3. The most fertile mother
Valentina Vassilyeva gave birth to a total of 69 children, of which 67 survived. She gave birth to sixteen twins, seven triplets and four quadruplets.
