House For Sale, Including Elderly Woman
In need for a new home ánd some company? In Amsterdam, both are for sale for just €875.000. The home for sale on Funda.nl comes with an elderly lady who lives on the top floor. The woman lives there for free until she dies, she does however pay €150 a month for gas and electrics.
The house itself needs some work, but a house on this top location and including a house granny is definitely worth the fix-me-upper!
