Celebs and their (outrageous) requests
When you're incredibly famous, you can list the most outreagous demands. Is blue your favorite color? Why not order a pile of only blue M&M's, for instance. Or demand a bath tub filled with Evian water to soak in, as Madonna reportedly did. The following demands have been found by photographer Henry Hargreaves, who searched contracts with these musicians to find their requests. He then created and photographed still lives, based on the demands of these stars.
Frank Sinatra: Absolute wodka, Jack Daniel's, Chivas Regal, Courvoisier, Beefeater Gin, white wine, red whine. Plus 24 jumbo shrimp and cough drops.
Lady Gaga: a platter of cheese on ice, to make sure the cheese doesn't start to sweat or stink.
Mariah Carey: Cristal champaign and straws.
Nine Inch Nails: two bags of corn starch.
New Kids on the Block: Häagen-Dasz ice cream and Oreo cookies.
Billy Idol: a tube of "I can't believe it's not butter!", plus chocolate chip cookies.
Axl Rose: white bread and Dom Perignon.
Prince: a coffee and tea platter with honey, lemon, sugar, cream and fresh ginger root. Plus a needle for is vitamin B12 injection.
Rihanna: hard boiled eggs, bacon and turkey sausages.
Britney Spears: fish and chips, McDonalds cheeseburgers without the bun, 100 prunes and figs. Most outstanding demand: a framed photo of Princess Diana.
Marilyn Manson: gummi bears.
Beyoncé: spicy and juicy chicken, and only Pepsi beverages.
