Digital Taste Simulator
Do all those beautiful pictures of the most delicious meals on the Internet also make you mouth water everytime you look at them? Do you sometimes just want to dive into your screen to taste everything? That won’t be necessary, but it might be possible to actually taste the dishes you see online in the near future! A team of the National University of Singapore says they’ve created a digital taste simulator.
So far they’ve successfully simulated salty, sour and bitter flavours. Users have to hold the taste simulator against their tongue to taste the different flavours. How ideal would it be if we could just taste everything without gaining weight? Come on up with those Pinterestpages on the best cakes!
