A Healthy Snack
We love to snack. But we also want to be healthy. This snack includes blueberries, walnuts, Greek yoghurt and honey, which makes it very healthy and filling. Which is good: surely you won't be tempted to grab in a bag of fatty chips. It’s easy to prepare because you only need to mix the ingredients together. You can add all the ingredients, or simply make a selection and alter that each time you make.

Ingrediënts:

- Blueberries:
A magic elixir for natural youth.

- Nectarines:
Good for your skin. It includes extracts to recover your skin in no-time.

- Walnuts:
Stimulates the growth of your hair and makes it healthy. No more bad hairdays!

- Almonds:
Will eradicate acne and blackheads.

- Hemp seeds:
Helps and prevents skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dark spots.

- Chia seeds:
Because of the enormous amount of omega-3 fats it will eliminate harmful substances (like anti-oxidants) from your body.

- Greek yogurt:
Full of proteins. You need those to build muscle mass and for your digestion.

- Honey:
Makes the recipe sweet and it gives you energy as well.

A good snack isn’t necessarily solid food. A good drink can also be satisfying and healthy. Like this one: a smoothie with coconut milk, blueberries en spinach.
