Chocolate Icecream

Make it yourself, thank to this DIY from Pastry Affair. For six popsicles you mix 500 ml milk with 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of sugar and a bit of salt and bring it to a boil. Turn of the heat once the cocoa thickens. Mix in a teaspoon of vanilla.

After that, break a chocolate bar into small pieces and divide them over six popsicle forms. Fill the half of the forms with chocolate milk. Add 5 to 8 small pieces of marshmallow to each form. Freeze for at least an hour. Then add some more marshmallow and fill with chocolate milk until the popsicle form is completely filled. Freeze for another 4-6 hours.
