4 Year Old Mayor
In Dorset, Minnesota, Robert Tufts has been re-elected as mayor yesterday. No news there, except for the face that this guy is only four years old! The 22 residents of the town could vote as often as they wanted, for a dollar per vote. The proceeds go towards the organisation of the “Taste of Dorset” festival.
The mayor’s agenda includes activities like raising money for the Ronald McDonald charity and placing a new welcome sign for Dorset. Bobby’s foremost task as mayor is to welcome tourists, they are the foremost source of income. Bobby himself would like to raise ice cream to the top of the food pyramid, he has lots of favourite flavours: “Chocolate. And vanilla. Strawberry. Cotton Candy kind. And rainbow sherbet,”said the mayor.
This little guy is going to be busy once he starts school in the fall!
