DIY Aztec Print
Aztec print is still very hot, but instead of spending hundreds of euro’s on new clothes, we decided to get creative ourselves!
The necessities:
- White T-shirt (or a different light colour)
- Different colours of fabric paint
- 1 thin paintbrush and 1 slightly more thicker
- Cardboard
- A soft pencil
- A ruler
Step 1
Place the piece of cardboard into the T-shirt, so the paint doesn’t push through and you have a smooth surface.
Step 2
Make a design, first try out some ideas on paper, until you have the perfect result.
Step 3
Draw the design with a soft pencil onto the T-shirt, a soft pencil is easiest for drawing on fabric. Use a ruler to get the lines nice and perfect.
Step 4
Colour the design with the fabric paint.
Step 5
Finished, let the T-shirt dry for a couple of hours and you can wear it!
