Getting your ass to the gym is not always easy. That's why you should know a few workout exercises by hard, to do at home in front of the television when the new episode of Girls is on. We selected five easy leg exercises, to get you started. Move!

Lunge (stepping forward, straining your upper leg)


Skate move (jumping from one side to the other)


Twisted pose (keeping feet next to each other with knees bend 90 degrees, while twisting your upper body till your right elbow touches your left knee)


Lying leg lifts (resting the upper leg bended on the floor, while lifting the bottom leg)



Hamstring curls (rolling an exercise ball from your ankles towards you till your foot soles completely touch the ball)
