Sport Blunders That Can Happen to Everyone
If you work out every once in a while, you are bound to recognize the following gym blunders. Sure, it can happen to anyone, but we prefer them not to happen to us! The five most common (and most embarrassing) sport blunders we have ever experienced.

1. Forgot to wear a sports bra
Bounce, bounce, bounce your boobs go. Oops!
2. Fallen on the treadmill
If you don't pay attention for a second, you'll be catapulted to the back wall of the gym. Not a sexy move.

3. Accidental farts during yoga or sit ups
When you tighten your abdominal muscles, any present gasses might choose to leave your body. Including the farting sound and unpleasant smell. Awkward...
4. Exposed yourself during an exercise
When your not wearing the right bra, or tight enough pants, the whole gym can see your boobs/underwear/bum. Choose your workout wardrobe wisely.

5. Red faced like a beetroot
No pain, no gain. If you workout intensely, it's normal to start sweating and get rosy cheeks. But a head that looks like a blown up beetroot? Try to avoid that inside a gym. It looks as if you have never done a workout before. Take a break!
