Sport-Proof Hair

It’s a hard to keep you hair in style while sporting. But we found some trics for that, so more gammon and spinach to not sport.

1. Dry Shampoo
No, you don’t only to use this when you hair is getting greasy. It works when you are going to sport too, because it absorbs it will keep your hair clean from sweat.

2. Sweatbands
Wear sweatbands while sporting. They absorb your sweat too so if you want to keep your head free from sweat just pat along your hairline and it will keep your hair clean.

3. Knot/ponytail
Wear a ponytail or a knot. It will ensure that you don’t have any sticky strands of hair hanging in your face. Don’t want a nod in your hair? Wear a knot but don’t create one with a hair elastic. Use pins to keep it in place.

4. Blow Dry
Done sporting? Then blow dry your hair before getting your knot out of your hair. This will dry your sweat and it will make your hair look a little curly.
