Mountain climbers. Repeat 15 times on each leg.

Slow bicycles. Repeat 15 times on each side.

Spiderman push-up. Repeat 5 times on each side.

Single-leg squats. Repeat 15 times on each leg.

Leg raises. Repeat 15 times on each leg.

Skaters. Do 5 on each side.

Squat jumps. Repeat 10 times.

Downward dog. Hold for 10 deep breaths.
