What Sport Is Right For You?

A well shaped body doesn’t come to you without doing anything. You really have to work for it. Beside eating healthily, you have to move your body. Sport: for one it’s an addiction, for the other it’s hell. Choose a sport you like. So you have fun doing it, which is the best way to motivate you.


- Are you motivated by team spirit? Choose a team sport like soccer or baseball.

- Do you like speed and animals? Maybe horse riding is something for you.

- Do you think that the street games of your youth are still cool, and you like to burn some fat quickly and work on your condition? Think about hooping and jumping rope.

- Do you prefer to move by car and don't you want to feel exhausted, do some yoga or pilates.


- Do you want to be more of a lean athlete, with ballet like muscles? Try yoga and pilates, that builds op really long but still strong muscles.

- Spinning is for people who like to move by bike, but don't like to be outside - for instance because they live in a crowded city.

- If you are a outdoorsy person and you like to sport on your own, than you can run around the outside.
