1. Begin with a good primer to cover your face. Every bump or spot will disappear for a long time. Perfect for sweaty days. Use some light foundation afterwards for a natural look. No sweaty lines: check!


2. We surely don’t want to look like Barbie: in the gym everything has to look natural, so lipstick is banned. But those sensual lips of yours can be enhanced with a light lip stain. It’s a kind of marker that gives a natural color. Sensual, natural duckface: check!


3. Mascara? Waterproof of course. We don’t want it in, on, or worse: under our eyes. No mascara on our knees: check!

4. There you are after a tough workout with your perfectly made-up, sweaty face. Thank god for blotting sheets. Dab them onto your face and the sweat will be gone and the make-up will remain. Erase shine: check!
