Anti Work-Out Excuses
Of course we’re all very big fans of working out, but sometimes (or more often) we just have those days that we just can’t get our lazy asses off of the couch. For those days these excuses have been called to life. Very legit, and also very nice.

1. You’re still sore from yesterday

2. You’re having your period

3. You’re going tomorrow

4. You’re busy

5. You have a date

6. You’re happy with your body

7. You can sleep an hour longer

8. You’re too tired from work

9. People at the gym are annoying

10. People at the gym are delusional
