Did you know these sport myths?

With one mile walking you burn an equal amount of fat as you do running a mile. Not true: running burns 40% more!

You'll get abs if you do abdominal exercises. Not true: abs are only visible if you have little body fat.

Sex is a good workout. Not true! During the average sex session, you burn only 20 calories.

If you stop training your muscles turn into fat. Not true: the may dissapear, but do not turn into fat.

You only train good if it hurts. Not necessarily true. You should push your boundaries, but you shouldn't be in constant pain. That only causes injuries.
